Wegard Golebiowski was born 30th of July 1984 in Telemark,Norway. He started early, 11 years old, playing the guitar and compose songs. 
Golebiowski was considered a huge talent at the age of 16 and has been involved with different bands and projects since then. Circles Of Illusion was formed in the early 2000s as a soloproject, but the first album “Wegard Golebiowski *s Circles of Illusion” got released in 2020
